The Val Joyeux campsite in Château la Vallière is located near the lake on the road to Bourgueil and Chinon, just outside the village. This small town, surrounded by a forest of centuries-old oaks, offers tourists a colourful, peaceful stay in a natural setting that allows them to discover the TOURAINE region. It is the ideal stopover to discover the castles of the Loire Valley such as Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais, Ussé, Chinon, Saumur, Gizeux, … It is the ideal place to stop and discover the Zoo of La Flèche, the DUFRESNE Museum, the Caves of Savonnières, the Steam Train of Rillé; the wine cellars (Bourgueil, Chinon, Vouvray…). It is above all a place for family relaxation, with beaches, swimming, fishing, walks, hikes, bike rides (the Loire à Vélo is very close).
