The camp site has 90 places, all surrounded by trees, as well for the guests who bring their own tent, caravan or camping-car as for the people who whish to hire one of our bungalow-tents, mobile-homes or chalets grand confort. You will be able to enjoy all the activities and services provided by the camp site and the region, like the Lake of the Haute Mayenne (123 ha) with its large range of fauna and flora. Lovely riverside campsite

The establishment

This is a lovely rural campsite alongside the river Mayenne. We only stayed for one night as a stopover while travelling north but the owners/managers were very welcoming and helpful..

The establishment

The position is lovely, on the banks of the River Varenne a few hundred yards above its confluence with the Mayenne.

We were there in early October, when it was very quiet. I wonder whether the facilities might be crowded in high season. If you need the loo, you need to take your own toilet paper, soap and towel.
