Excellent all round

The establishment

Clean facilities, clean pools and the covered one was a good temperature if it was not a sunny day and a kids play area. Great locality, near to lake and heigh ropes. Would 😁 recommend

Choose your own pitch. Lovely pools (one heated), great staff, fabulous pizza & chips, close to vets. Stayed here last year, and would definitely stay again

Good facilities and friendly reception staff during opening hours.

We were slightly delayed due to an incident on the chunnel and got to the site 20 mins after closing time. A man who was driving by on a golf cart saw us at the gate and reluctantly allowed us in. He was really rude and refused to give us any details telling us to find our own parking spot. Bar and restaurant were closed and no info on WiFi etc. Not a great start to our holiday
