The establishment

Staff really helpful.

No hot water for a shower and office closed, so could not report the problem. The toilet cassette disposal is really dirty and inadequate. No running water to rinse through.

Hello We would like to thank you for your stay and are delighted that you enjoyed the reception and our campsite. Regarding the hot water problem, no other customer has reported this problem to us and even when the reception is closed we can be contacted 24/24 by the intercom located to the right of the reception door. As for the emptying area, we did indeed have a problem with frost and therefore no more water, for which we apologise. Have a nice day Bonjour Nous vous remercions de votre séjour et sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'accueil et notre camping Concernant le problème d'eau chaude aucun autre client ne nous a fait remonté ce problème et même lorsque la réception est fermée nous sommes joignables 24/24 par l'interphone qui est situé à droite de la porte de la réception Quant à l'aire de vidange effectivement nous avions un problème de gel et donc plus d'eau et nous en excusons Bonne journée à vous
