Localisation pratique pour visiter et profiter du bassin d'Arcachon sans être trop isoler ou à longues distances de commerces génériques ou spécifiques des produits locaux.
Attention à certains détails de propreté pour ce qui est en relation directe avec la cuisine/ restauration ( grille des plaques de cuisson, égouttoir vaisselle). Mais il est vrai que la tâche n'est pas simple avec le rapide et nombreux turn over des vacanciers .
De plus il faut une " culture" de l'entretien qui pour les plus jeunes recrues paraît " passéiste", pourtant si on veut monter en gamme de standing, mieux vaut des équipements simples et fiables que plus modernes sales, un client/ utilisateur sera toujours plus précautionneux à l'usage d'articles ou équipements bien propres...
