The swimming pool was good and well maintained. We were with a party of cyclist so had friends also on the site.
I felt your website was not easy to negotiate when paying the final payment & looking for information about the site, accommodation. (Since you have taken over the site ).
I felt trapped that you insisted on taking my credit card details as a guarantee for breakages/ cleaning of the accommodation. You gave me no choice but to accept or cancel.
The final insult was that approach you use when checking out your guests. Whilst I accept that some guests may not leave their accommodation clean this is not the way you should treat your guests. It’s humiliating and I won’t come again because of it.
