The establishment

Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Es waren alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Die deutschsprachige Rezeption ist super und hilft sogar in medizinischen Notfällen als Dolmetscher.

Das einzige was etwas ungewohnt war, dass es dort nicht auf jedem WC WC-Sitze gibt.

Leider Lässt sich der Zuglärm nachts nicht ändern,ansonsten haben wir nichts gefunden!

Lieber Herr Wolfgang, vielen Dank für Ihr freundliches Feedback. Wir freuen uns, dass das gesamte Team positiv aufgefallen ist. Es tut uns jedoch leid zu lesen, dass Sie nachts durch den Zuglärm gestört wurden, da die Bahnlinie recht weit entfernt ist. Auch bzgl. des Vogelkots auf Ihrem Stellplatz entschuldigen wir uns für diese Unannehmlichkeit und werden unser Bestes tun, um Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, damit sich diese Situation in Zukunft nicht wiederholt. Wir haben stets ein offenes Ohr für unsere Gäste und wären sehr froh gewesen, wenn wir schon vor Ort die Möglichkeit gehabt hätten eine gemeinsame Lösung zu finden, wie zum Beispiel die Wahl eines anderen Stellplatzes. Der Mini-Market mit lokalen Produkten und das Restaurant mit hausgemachter Pasta und Pizza haben bis zum Ende unserer Saison geöffnet und wir sind sehr stolz unseren Gästen diesen zusätlichen Service anbieten zu können.
