Opened from April 01 th to September 30 th, Iserand is a human-sized family campsite with a big swimming pool-paddling pool offering 180 m² of water surface. Iserand***Campsite contains 60 pitches of which 12 accomodations and every pitch expresses the charms of _Ardèche Verte. Iserand is _plugged with Nature_ and you will find on site an arboretum with over 50 different species of trees, indicating a vocation to work for biodiversity. Settled on terraces, this three stars graded campground enjoys the mediterranean climate convenient to the famous Saint-Joseph AOC wine terroir which is blooming on the hillsides nearby. Easily accessible by the RD86, the campsite is situated at an altitude of 120 m, 300 m from the Rhône and 100 m from the ViaRhona green path which connects the Léman lake to the Camargue. Well, calm not so much

The establishment

Running away from a very dirty campground we hoped to find relief on this site. Unfortunately, it was far from calm. Ihr pitch was close to the big road and the train tracks - we have been kept up all night by trains and lorries. The food as the pool was microwaved frozen stuff; mine have been more or less still cold - price was very steep for convenience microwave food. So we decided to flee again. :)

Better food for an appropriate price Maybe remove the „calm“ from your name, as it’s clearly not (at least not everywhere)

great camping. Nice pitches with different levels. Toilet building is regular and well cleaned. Very sweet and helpful owners. Nice swimming pool. And many activities for children.
