Verblijf nog niet in orde
The establishment
Rustige camping, vriendelijke receptie( denken mee en heel beleefd) goede bedden.
O’Hara gehuurd; water was nog niet aangesloten, geen airco ( 20-25gr), geen horren waardoor we met dit warme weer ongelooflijk veel gestoken zijn ( je kan geen raampje open zetten). Geen parasol (ivm diefstal wordt er gezegd) of scherm waar je uit de zon kan zitten op je terras voor je caravan. Er is maar 1 trappetje bij twee deuren( keukendeur niks)
Eerste huisje waar we zouden zitten was nog geen vlonder gemaakt ( terras) en hebben we kunnen wisselen.
Badkamer; geen trekker voor water weg te halen of geen afzuiger voor de stoom. ( raam open = muggen) vloer wordt nat en vies. Enz.

Beste familie, Beste Tamara,
Enorm vervelend, dat lees ik overduidelijk! Jammer dat ik u niet rechtstreeks heb kunnen spreken, zodat ik een aantal zaken had kunnen oplossen voor u. We zijn met een bepaald aantal aangegeven punten meteen gestart om deze op te lossen en in de toekomst niet meer voor te hebben, maar ik begrijp zeker dat dit voor jullie te laat is. Dit had echt niet mogen gebeuren, waarvoor mijn oprechte excuses! Als er 1 ding tegen zit, zit alles tegen blijkbaar... Ook de animatie bijvoorbeeld geeft u een zeer laag punt. Is er iets voorgevallen aldaar? Zwemplezier geeft u ook een laag punt...
Echter wil ik een paar zaken toch even aangeven zoals milieuvriendelijk : we sporen onze gasten aan te sorteren en geven iedereen gratis vuilzakken voor restafval en pmd mee. Rond de zwemvijver heeft u nog een 3de sorteerstroom, keukenafval. Glas wordt ook apart gescheiden. Ik begrijp daarom deze score niet. U geeft aan comfort een lage score terwijl u in de comment aangeeft 'goede bedden'?
Nogmaals ik begrijp heel goed dat er zaken zijn misgelopen en niet zo handig zijn aangepakt en wil jullie hiervoor mijn oprechte excuses zenden.
