Feriestedet

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Shuttle Service war genial, wir wurden zum Bahnhof gefahren und wieder abgeholt. War total entspannt unsere Ausflüge so zu planen. Der Platz ist sauber und bietet alles was man braucht, Pizzeria und kleiner Laden fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal, danke für alles.

We would just like to clarify, for the information of our future guests, that the gas cylinder you mentioned most likely belonged to a neighboring guest, as our touring pitches are not equipped with gas cylinders. Hello! Thank you for your kind words. We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. It’s possible that, unfortunately, they were used improperly shortly before you did. Normally, our cleaning staff performs maintenance twice a day in September (as it is low season). Our reception is always open, 24 hours a day, and we are ready to act quickly in case of any issues. Had we known about the situation at the time, we would have intervened immediately to resolve the problem! There was a lack of communication, it's a pity. Anyway we sincerely apologize for what happened and hope to welcome you again in the future, ensuring a better experience. Best regards.
