You will find our campground at the southern edge of the central Pyrenees in the province of Huesca, Aragon. The valley of the Isábena - the river, which gave the name to our place - is a landscape which tourism has not discovered yet - a hiding place for recreation. So the marvellous landscape genuinely is an insiders’ tip. An interesting geology as well as a fascinating Flora and Fauna expect the visitor. Despite the height of approx. 700 m the valley of the Isábena has a balanced mild microclimat. In spite of the altitude of about 700 m our Isabena Valley has a balanced microclimate (even olive-trees are growing here!) so that you can enjoy your vacation also in spring and autumn, if you prefer to travel out of season. The are offers ideal and challenging conditions for bikers on roads and paths scarcely frequented. You also may have opportunity to go fishing or hunting (during the permitted season) or hang gliding. Four in their character of landscape completely different and extremely delightful national parks with deep canyons and cascades can be reached comfortably on good roads and have an outstanding network of trails.

The Rio Vero campsite is a small family-run establishment that offers close and personalized treatment. The campsite managers, Alberto and Dorothée, will do their best to make you feel at home. Thanks to their knowledge of the area, they will help you make the most of your holiday in the Sierra de Guara.

The campsite has a strategic location, it is located in the middle of nature, between rivers and canyons of the Sierra de Guara, it is just 4 km by car from the town of Alquézar, known for its restaurants and its offer of cultural and sports activities.

The plots are spacious and accessible for large vehicles, offering some shaded, semi-shaded and other sunny areas that satisfy different preferences.
In addition, they have a playground for the little ones to enjoy. Free wifi is available in the bar-restaurant area and in the first part of the campsite.

Enjoy preparing food on the shared barbecue for an outdoor dinner with family or friends. After a day of hiking or canyoning, recharge your batteries in the bar-restaurant that serves traditional meals and homemade desserts as well as a variety of mixed dishes and our famous "Paella", craft beers and Somontano wines. If you prefer, you can order takeaway or buy food from the campsite supermarket, including freshly baked bread and meats. The restaurant also offers breakfast and lunch to start the day full of energy. And don't forget you can book picnics for your adventures! Open throughout the season.

To discover the Sierra de Guara and the Somontano region, ask for information at the reception about cultural activities, wine tastings and visits to wineries, oil tastings and visits to mills. Additionally, there are many local hiking, mountain biking and cycling routes. It is possible to rent mountain or electric bikes in Colungo or Adahuesca to venture through the Sierra.

Il campeggio dispone di ampi sanitari, con accesso all’acqua calda gratuito, vasca per la toilette dei neonati e lavanderia (con lavatrice e asciugatrice). Troverete inoltre un fast food, uno snack bar e una piscina con area per bambini. Il campeggio propone inoltre una pratica formula « tenda inclusa » che vi permette di affittare anche la vostra tenda fornita di tutte le attrezzature necessarie al vostro soggiorno.

We are located in the Espai d'Interés Natural de l'Alta Garrotxa, an ideal place to enjoy a peaceful stay in contact with nature and, if you like, practice activities such as trecking, mountain-bike and riding.
