En 2018 se rehabilitó la zona de bar/snack, se realizaron trabajos de saneamiento y electricidad en todas las parcelas y se crearon nuevos barrios de alquiler de viviendas en los que se ofrecen diferentes tipos de alquileres vacacionales.

Las cabañas están repartidas en casi 3,5 hectáreas, en un entorno arbolado y verde que aporta calma y serenidad. In the heart of the Vendée countryside, 5 minutes from Apremont beach (supervised in summer, with games for children) and its castle, 20 minutes by car from the beaches of Saint Gilles x de Vie, Brétignolles or Saint Hilaire de Riez. An hour's drive from the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou (you can book your tickets with us) We are also located less than 30 minutes by car from at least sixty activities or visits listed in the department, including several within 10 minutes.
