What time can I check-in at the campsite?
Check-in times vary per campsite. If the campsites have provided us with this information it can been found under services > general >client post-booking information. If not you can click through to the website of the campsite to contact them to ask. This information will also either be confirmed in your reservation confirmation or in the mailing send several weeks before your arrival.
How can I change my reservation?
Should you need to change your reservation please contact the campsite directly. Their contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
How long before I receive a confirmation after my booking request?
Campsites have 72 hours to reply to your reservation request after which time the booking is automatically cancelled. Most campsites however reply within 1 or 2 days.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Should you need to cancel your reservation please contact the campsite directly using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation. You can find out whether you are entitled to a refund in the general conditions under the payment section of the confirmation.
