Dont go in low season
The establishment
Pools were well maintained and inviting. Bar glacier staff friendly.
Don't advertise that out of season is 'lower prices same facilities' when it's not! Food outlets were either closed or only served pizza, supermarket shelves were bare as not restocking, fresh food was mouldy and same items still on sale for the duration of our stay. Couldn't book excursions as tourist train not operational after Sept 1st. We were charged different prices on different days for the same items in the supermarket and did not receive the €1 refunds on our drinks glasses for two nights.

The establishment
The website said stay out of season and enjoy all the same facilities at a lower price. This was not the case. Half the food outlets where closed. The onsite shop was closed half the day and was not replenishing stock. Fruit and veg going off on shelves The sanitary blocks where not
properly cleaned as most of the staff had left. We left the site a day early as we were disappointed. Not the value for money we expected
