Nous sommes désolés de n'avoir pu répondre à vos attentes. Mais nous ne sommes pas certains d'avoir identifié le vrai motif de votre déception. Comme en 2023, vous êtes venus participer au Festival américain qui se tient chaque année mi septembre à proximité immédiate du camping Contrairement à 2023, il a fait froid durant cette semaine (5°C le matin). Vous occupiez un lodge avec sanitaire. Malgré un ajout de couvertures et couettes, cela reste une grande tente- sans isolation. En camping, il est important de regarder la météo avant de faire son sac pour avoir les vêtements adaptés ! Pour la piscine, nous avons dû la fermer cette année plus tôt– au contraire de 2023- là encore à cause du froid et de ses conséquences : faible fréquentation, consommation d’énergie et bruit de la pompe à chaleur toute la nuit. Pour la restauration : pour l’avoir testé en 2023, nous savons que nos clients préfèrent profiter des nombreux points de restauration et des animations du Festival comme les 60 000 personnes qui y participent.
