The establishment
L'accueil est d'une absence exceptionnelle. Aucun accompagnement du début à la fin. Une absence d'entretien technique du logement. Une absence d'état des lieux à l'arrivée comme au départ, mais pourtant, les propriétaires osent demander de verser des frais de nettoyage malgré un logement rendu décent, sous peine d'encaisser le chèque de caution non récupérable puisqu'ils n'étaient pas la non plus au départ. Comment justifier sans avoir fait d'état des lieux, à aucun moment, et réagir 2 jours plus tard. La menace d'encaissement de la caution ne laisse pas grand choix. Une honte!!!
